At StickyFlows, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our refund terms for subscriptions and one-time credit purchases.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions and one-time credit purchases. If you're not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • This must be your first refund request with StickyFlows
  • You must provide a reason for the refund (helps us improve)

What Gets Refunded

  • Subscriptions: Full refund of your most recent payment
  • One-time purchases: Full refund of the purchase amount

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access to all features until the period ends
  • No further charges will be made
  • Unused credits at the end of the period are forfeited

Note: Cancellation without a refund request does not qualify for a refund of the current period. If you want a refund, please submit a refund request instead.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
  • Second or subsequent refund requests (one refund per customer)
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
  • Partial refunds for partially used credits

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@stickyflows.com
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  3. Provide your account email address
  4. Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund

We typically process refund requests within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

After approval, refunds typically appear in your account within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Processing times depend on your financial institution and are outside our control.

Account Status After Refund

When a refund is issued:

  • Your subscription (if applicable) will be cancelled immediately
  • Any unused credits will be removed from your account
  • Your account will revert to the free tier
  • Previous analysis results remain accessible

Failed Payments

If a payment fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds):

  • We'll attempt to charge your card again over the next few days
  • You'll receive email notifications about the failed payment
  • If payment continues to fail, your subscription will be paused
  • Update your payment method in your dashboard to restore access

Disputes and Chargebacks

Before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company, please contact us first. We're happy to resolve any issues directly. Chargebacks incur additional fees and may result in account suspension.
