1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StickyFlows ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

StickyFlows provides AI-powered analysis of mobile app onboarding flows. Users submit screenshots of their app's onboarding experience, and our Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze and provide recommendations for improvement.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Plans and Credits

We offer subscription plans and one-time credit purchases. Each analysis consumes one credit. Plan details and pricing are displayed on our pricing page and may change with notice.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your plan features until then. Unused credits do not roll over after cancellation.

4.4 Credit Expiration

Subscription credits reset monthly. Unused credits from one month do not carry over to the next. One-time purchase credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Submit malicious, illegal, or harmful content
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models or algorithms
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute our analysis results commercially
  • Share account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by StickyFlows and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the screenshots and information you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a license to process it through our Service and store it as necessary to provide our services to you.

6.3 Analysis Results

Analysis results generated by our Service are provided for your use. You may use these results internally for improving your products. You may not resell or commercially redistribute raw analysis outputs.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our analysis results are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. The analysis is provided as recommendations only and should not be considered professional advice.

You are responsible for evaluating and implementing any suggestions. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from following our recommendations.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STICKYFLOWS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StickyFlows and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
